I am pleased to inform everyone of the results of last evening’s Santa Fe County Assessor Forum and Debate. My goals and platform as a candidate for the Assessor position were illustrated as planned and reception to my presentation was very positive. This to me is an indication that we are headed in the right direction and I am extremely happy with our position at this point. I am not over confident though. We are running this campaign as if we are behind and doing everything we possibly can to bring emphasis to our goals: Respect property owner rights and bring the service related component, back to the position.

I wish to thank all that attended and send a personal “thank you” to the Santa Fe County Democratic Party Chairman, Mr. Richard Ellenberg. Chairman Ellenberg did a fantastic job moderating the debate which contributed to a successful forum. I also wish to thank ALL of the Santa Fe County Electorate for the support I received in my successful campaigns of 1998 and 2002. I am ready and prepared to take back the position of Santa Fe County Assessor  and with your help, support and most important, your vote,  we will make this possible.
